All support contracts are an annual subscription, billed monthly in arrears.
A usage report is provided at the end of each calendar month and any additional usage is charged at the discount support rate.
All support labour usage is calculated in 15 minute intervals.
Out of hours work will be charged at 1.5x the rate for labour / call outs and 2x the rate on Sundays/Bank Holidays.
All prices exclude VAT.
Out Of Contract Engineering Costs £120 an hour with £50 call-out fee and is charged by the hour.
